kitchen or tile floors, or their roof is leaking and the windows leak like a sieve and it needs replacing
now.
Compiled here is basic pricing so you have an idea of how much things cost. Every project is different,
but these prices are pretty accurate. This is for STANDARD install. This cost is for the installation of
the material you choose. It will include all the labor and material needed to make what you buy work
and look great.

- Ceramic tile- Installed on concrete is $5 a square foot, on backer board $6 a square, min set up.
- Windows- Standard Replacement windows, double hung $200, no trim
- Screen Doors- $250
- Cornice- Remove capping $400, Scrape/sand/paint one color $1100. This includes minor wood
work, new roof drip channel and securing any loose pieces, two story - Bamboo or Wood flooring- $5 a square foot, min set up.
- Flat Roofs (rubber)- Back shed kitchen roof $500, main roof $2.50 a square foot. Includes new
scupper bucket (piece that connects roof to down spout), drip channel and flashing around
chimney etc... 10 year warranty. Pitched roofs need to be looked at. Sorry, to many variables. - Stucco- $6 a square foot
- Sidewalks- A standard 4' x 4' block is $300. This includes removing the old cracked block,
installing a gravel sub base, installing wire mesh and pouring new concrete. Paver sidewalks are
$350 a block. This includes removing the old concrete block, installing a gravel sub base, laying
the pavers and finishing the joints. Historic side walks. We are recreating the look of 100
years in two days. The large colored exposed river rock and the grey patina of the old cement.
This is a two step precess. $700 a block.
