Stucco – We first apply a wire lathe, then put a
base layer of (grey) stucco, then the finish coat of
colored stucco. The finish coat can be one of 10
popular colors that is mixed right into the stucco so
it lasts a very long time, or it can be painted any
color. We use MAB Elastomeric masonry paint,
the best in the industry. Roofs – removal of rotted
roof joists and complete roof rebuilds, new shingle,
slate and cedar roofs, recoating flat roofs with new
Energy Star-rated Cool Star* roofing material,
installation of sky lights, etc. *a portion of the cost
of this roof is tax deductible

thoroughly; seams are caulked with siliconized caulk; wood is
inspected and repaired or replaced as needed. The cornice is then
painted with MAB Superbond primer, then painted to clients’
specifications with Sherwin-Williams Duration paint. We have
experience with tin cornices and can create custom pieces for missing
corbels. A key differentiator! Painters may just paint your cornice. But
when the wood or drip channel (that is tied into the roof) needs
replacing, they rarely fix it. The Stock Group has experience in roofing,
masonry and carpentry. If wood or the drip channel is damaged, we
won't just caulk it and paint it…we fix it. We want your cornice to last
another 100 years.
