- New / Rebuilt Porches and Decks – The Stock Group can replace rotted joists and collapsed brick/concrete footers on your existing porch or deck so that you can enjoy your existing outdoor space. We can also completely rebuild your existing porch or deck to your specifications – or design and build a new one using the latest technology and weather-resistant materials.
- Porch Enclosures – Enclosed porches are fully insulated; high-efficiency windows and doors are installed for maximum efficiency. Enclosures can be tied into the home's existing central HVAC system or a new system can be installed.
- Additions – New foundations are poured for additions; 2’ x 6’ framing is used for maximum insulation and strength. Additions are fully insulated; high-efficiency windows and doors are installed for maximum efficiency.
