New Windows and Walls
Sometimes the old plaster wall, roof and drafty windows have to go. This wall was damaged from a roof leak. First a
new roof was installed and the windows were updated to energy efficient, double pained windows. The old plaster wall
was removed, high efficiency insulation was installed and a new wall built resulting in a warm, dry, well lit, energy
efficient room.

Cornice and Gable Repair and Restoration
Many older Philadelphia homes have beautiful, ornate
cornices hidden under aluminum or vinyl siding. Oftentimes,
the covering provided protection against the elements and the
cornice is in fair condition. Removal of the covering, repair of
the wood, and painting the cornice to your specifications will

Rebuild Roof Structure & New Roof
This roof had a lot of rotted joists. The old roof was ripped off. Support posts were built to hold the structure up and
then the rotted joists were cut out and new ones installed. A new roof was installed to finish it off.

Here the homeowner had some major structural issues. Two of the brick/concrete footers
had collapsed and several joists were rotted on the ends. All were rebuilt stronger than when
they were first put in. The home owner also chose to go with Cedar decking which is
naturally termite free and stains well. All the stain and paint on the new railings were Zero
VOC.

Here we were repairing some damaged
drywall when what do we find? Someone
covered up the great wood work at some
point. I immediately took a photo with my
phone and sent it to my clients phone to
advise if he wanted it covered up or should
we investigate further. Of course he asked
us to bring them back to life and not to
cover them up.

process of renovating several of it's rooms and up
